For orders shipped to other states, the client is responsible for paying any applicable local tobacco taxes. We encourage our clients to consult their local tax regulations to ensure compliance with all tobacco tax requirements.
  4. Record Keeping: We maintain detailed records of all transactions for at least five years, as required by the PACT Act. These records include customer information, order details, shipping documentation, and proof of age verification.
  5. Monthly Reporting: We submit monthly reports to the relevant state tax administrators, providing detailed information about the tobacco products sold and shipped within their jurisdiction.
  6. Compliance Training: All employees at Hookah Merch receive regular training on PACT Act requirements and our company policies to ensure complete compliance with federal and state regulations.
